FAQ
Questions, answered.
The things most people ask before getting started — pricing, timelines, ownership, and how we work.
How much does a website cost?
Our packages start at $500 for a Starter site, $800 for our most popular Standard package, and $1,200+ for Pro builds with advanced features like online ordering or booking. Every package includes mobile optimization and a custom design.
How long does it take to build my website?
Most projects launch in 2–4 weeks from kickoff. Starter sites can go live in as little as 1–2 weeks. Timing depends on how quickly we receive your content (photos, copy, business details) and feedback on drafts.
What's included in the monthly maintenance plan?
For $40/month we handle hosting, security updates, plugin and dependency updates, small content changes (hours, menu items, photos), uptime monitoring, and ongoing support. No long-term contract.
Do you offer SEO?
Yes. Every Standard and Pro site includes on-page SEO setup: semantic HTML, meta tags, Open Graph tags, structured data, sitemap, fast load times, and Google Search Console setup so your business shows up when people search for it.
Will I own my website?
Yes — 100%. You own the domain, the code, and all content. We don't lock you in. If you ever leave, we hand over everything cleanly.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Absolutely. We frequently rebuild outdated or underperforming sites. We'll audit what's there, preserve what works (SEO, content, integrations), and rebuild the rest with modern design and conversion in mind.
What does the process look like?
Four steps: (1) Discovery call to understand your business and goals, (2) Design — we send a draft within a week, (3) Build & feedback rounds, (4) Launch with full handoff and training. You're in the loop the whole time.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 50% upfront to start, 50% at launch. No hidden fees. Pricing is locked in writing before we begin.
